Messages won't Save into Sent Folder

I'm an IT tech for a lawyer firm.  They just got 4 new blackberries (3 storms and 1 world) and Blackberry Enterprise Server.

All the devices are configured to save a copy of messages in the Sent Folder on the blackberry so that it will synchronize with the 'Sent Items' folder in their Outlook program through Exchange Server 2003.

Recently, none of the devices will save the messages in the Sent folder.  All messages sent from Outlook will appear in the 'Sent Folder' on the blackberry but not vice versa.

I have changed the option of 'Saving a copy in Sent Folder' from "yes" to 'no" and then back to "yes" but it still will not work.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Re: Messages won't Save into Sent Folder

In addition to making sure the sent items is ticked please do below aswell.

Click on Messages -> Options -> Email Settings -> Menu key -> Folder Redirection.

Expand the user's mailbox and make sure the Sent Items is checked.

Re: Messages won't Save into Sent Folder

the Sent Items folder is being redirected.  All the messages sent from Outlook on the laptop appear in the 'Sent Items Folder' on the Bberry and in Outlook.   The messages sent from the Bberry are not appearing anywhere.  There are disappearing into "thin air".

Any other ideas?
