Messge at Startup: "Blackberry Desktop Software has stopped working"

Running Windows 7 64 bit and Outlook 2010 64 bit and had recently received update to Desktop Software 7.0.0.43.  My computer updates automatically and 3 days ago it when I clicked the desktop icon it showed the logo and then stated "blackberry desktop software has stopped working. windows is searching for a solution to this problem."   Need help!
