Microphone problem

Torch 9810 with AT&T.

7.1.0.694 bundle 1997, platform 5.1.0.507

 

It's a company phone, I got it 1 week ago.

Since day one, people cannot hear me talking.

Once I switch to speaker mode, they hear me. If I use my bluetooth, they hear me.

 

I know this is a known problem, I see threads from late 2012 about it, but what's the solution?

Please perform a reload of your BlackBerry Device Software to address the issue with your microphone on your BlackBerry Torch 9810 smartphone. For more information on this procedure see the following article:
