My mobile was having softwear problems so I sent it to Delta Caring Centre as My Mobile provider requested they setup a new softwear up to date but the Blackberry device analyzer is missing and the sound booster too what should i do ?

Currently what is your device OS version ? On your device Homescreen go to Options > Device > About Device Version > first set of numbers on the third line = ?
