Missing Link

I have a BB 8310 and it was sync'n great until I went to back up my drive on a Maxtor external drive and now I get the message that the BB desktop s/w can't find "C:\DOCUME~1\marcj\locals~1\temp\\W2SEO.TMP\" file. If I go to delete the software to re-install it looks for the same file and prevents me from doing so. Anybody have this happen to them? THANKS!

uninstall the Desktop Manager with this KB :

then install it using 7zip :
