Missing Media Application



My media application is missing. How can I restore it? Would appreciate very simple instructions.

Have you tried resetting your phone back to "manufacturer settings" it will clear the phone. I would back up your data ie. contacts and things that you want to keep using blackberry's desktop software using a computer. once it has backed up the data. take out your memory card if yo have one

>go to options> security> security wipe> tick everything.

the phone will restart and go back to manufacture settings. it will bring up a white screen and a white box with a white center and will look like it is loading something. it will wipe the phone back to in the box settings and it all should be there. when the device has restarted plug it back in to the computer and the back up you have made tell it to restore the data from the back up you made and it should put all your contacts and other things bac on the phone.

you have to type in the word blackberry in the box indicated for it to do the restart from "in the box settings"
