After an java error on the device and reload the OS on it, the only problem is that I'm missing docs to go on device 9810 after reloading OS from Rogers. The device version currently install is 18.104.22.168.
The premium activation key that I had purchased on the past for the 9800 does not install on the new device 9810. Can any one please help.

uninstall the app from device, run desktop manager again and choose install options again.
from tehre you can add in Doc to go premium that is free on Torch 9810.
BESAdmin's, please make a signature with your BES environment info.
