Mobile Data Service unavailable

Hello,

Since I have changed mobile service provider I can't get to the internet although the internet service has been fully put into operation. It seems that there are some "old" settings at BB server that must be adjusted. How to do that? I would like to avoid BB device wipe out.

A good place to start would be to call the old carrier and ask them to release your phone's PIN.  As long as it's registered with them and it hasn't been released, you could have issues registering with another carrier and getting internet service.

My PIN has been released by the old carrier but the mobile data service still can't be accessed.
