Mobile bold 9900 problem with battery

Hi, my bold 9900 is having some problem with the battery somehow. I fully charge the battery and then when i get to use it to surf the website to search for something in google or any other website it reboots itself and doesn't turn on again because it has now battery. When i charge it I only see the battery in red with no energy at all... This have been happenning to me during this week.

 

Fully charge>go to a website> reboot by itself> no battery(red) at all> charge it back to full and then it happens again and again......so on and on..

Hi Luisito, try to reload your BlackBerry Software using Dekstop Manager or if it doesnt work try to charger with other BlackBerry charger maybe your charger is the main problem.

I did everything and still have the same problem, I think that is the battery problem or something like that but thanks
