Model 8310 Curve

This item has to be one of the worst! Either that or else nobody at Blackberry cares about the existing problemes with this phone. One after the other complaining. Why? It is impossible to work with and impossible to connect with. After all the hours I have spent trying to connect and repair,I believe this item should be listed as a :THROW AWAY". How about some help BLACKBERRY!!!!
