When I put the simcard into the 8830 I cannot receive ANY email, even thought this was the original device???? Both are synced thru the BB Device Manager, but my email will not come thru to the 8830?? Please help.

Re: Multiple Devices, multiple emails

The 8800 and the 8830 are used on 2 different networks.  8800 is GSM and the 8830 is CDMA.  You can't use the same SIM card for both (at least in the US).

Re: Multiple Devices, multiple emails

If your 8830 is a Verizon device... you don't need a SIM card to have it work unless you are traveling overseas.  Make sure you have a data plan and have set up a BIS account for the 8800 on AT&T AND a BIS account for the 8830 on whatever carrier that belongs to, as well.
