I have a Curve 8330 on Verizon and sometimes the mute key stops working and I can't put the phone into standby. Don't know what causes it, but the only way I have found to remedy it is to pull the battery. But eventually the problem comes back.
I recently upgraded to OS version 18.104.22.168. The problem started after the upgrade, so perhaps bug in the new OS?
Anyone else getting this problem? Solutions?
