My 7230 has no browser?

Hey guys this is my first post.
I just got a RIM Blackberry 7230 and the ladie that set it up a at&t said to call 611 to set up the browser. We did, and they could not help at all. When I go to Options> Applications> it says Browser and that its 4.0. But there is no icon on the main screen. I have only two options about the browser. the Browser option: when I open it it just says "default browser configuration" and nothing is selectable. and the Browser Push option, which has lots of controls. Since I didnt have a browser I downloaded Opera Mini 3 to my phone, and it still cannot connect. it says "change the internet settings."
Anyway, is there a way I can either activate my browser on my phone or download the original browser??

In order to get a browser you need a BlackBerry Data Plan through your carrier. 


As for Opera you need the ATT settings entered into Options >TCP Settings.
