My 8330 died on me. I upgraded to the new OS. The new OS did not come with BB Messenger.I looked in the app store, nothing. On your site it says to download over the air, when I do that from the phone it says download from web site. What is up? How do I get BB Messenger back on my phone? Thanks. Hi there!

BBM can be reinstalled from your installed RIM desktop software...if you have installed RIM DTM and your carriers device OS package, you can launch DTM and use the Application Loader section to install BBM.

You can also do so from the RIM update page...just tether to your PC and then, on the PC, go here:

That will provide the same interface as the desktop software and allow you to reinstall BBM.

If that does not work, then please return to these forums (http://supportforums.blackberry.com/rim/) and register an account so that we can provide you with direct assistance.

Cheers!
