My 9800 is frustrating me!

I got my 9800 couple of months backs,from America during the holidays,I live in London.My track pad stopped working 3months after,I tried looking for a blackberry outlet here in London,I didn't get one....4 months down the road my phone decides when it will stay on,it is constantly hanging,I deleted most of my songs n pictures so it is not a memory problem..it is sooooooooo annoying!aaarrrggghhhhhh.I am so sick of it's disadvantages. Well, I have had this stupid phone for less than a year,how and where do I get it fixed?my warranty still covers it,yeah?

Did you buy the phone from tmobile?
