My APPS

Please when I downloaded some application I can send or save with it but now I can't anymore,when I want to save a picture on whatsapp iT says phone out of resources.. I can't access any of my files that I want to uploaD.. I can download with the native browser but can't with any other application!! Please Help Thanks!!

This could be a problem with your apps, try re installing them.

If that doesn't work your just going to have to download items in the future from the native browser.

Thanks!! But when I reinstall it works fine but it goes back again to not working fine!! I can't access or save!! Please help

Did you restart your blackberry after the install?

  • joe, open your browser > press the Menu key > Options > scroll to the bottom and check both CACHE and HISTORY and click on Clear now.
  • Do a simple reboot on the BlackBerry in this manner: With the BlackBerry device POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to reboot.

After the reboot, try downloading and saving again.
