My BB 9790 fails to reboot after software update

When trying to reboot my blackberry 9790, the reboot screen gets stuck 3/4 of the way in whether it is connected to the computer or not.  I have tried taking out the battery, restarting the computer and reconnecting the phone, however everytime it reboots and reaches 3/4 of the way the phone stops doing anything.


What do I do?!?!

In this case you will need installers to quickly revive your blackberry.
Search on google for BB9790 fast installers.
