Re: My BB Bold 9900 phone won't turn on

I've tried removing the battery and putting it back again, but it isn't working...... any other ways to put it back to life? I'm starting to get worried.

Re: My BB Bold 9900 phone won't turn on

Hello,

Beyond the earlier advice, it is also possible that your battery or BB has experienced a problem...to test, this sequence is needed:

  1. Obtain an known good and already fully charged additional battery...use it in your BB and see what happens
  2. Obtain access to a known good and identical BB...use your battery in it and see what happens

The results of this will indicate if it's your BB or your battery that has the problem.

Re: My BB Bold 9900 phone won't turn on

Hello,

Sorry, but there is much more complicated advice provided in this thread, and a response of "still no help" doesn't quite answer things. Especially the test in post 18...the specific results from that test can guide to a proper next step, but not knowing the specific results prevents being able to advise further. Please provide the exact and complete steps you have attempted along with the exact and complete results.

Thanks and let us know!
