My BB Bold has gone stone cold on me :(

Got if for X-Mas.

Have only been using it for about six weeks, and with no problems.

If it's relevant, yesterday was a long day and my schedule required that I had to turn it on and off a few times.

In the afternoon it would not turn back on

It is absolutely "off".    Black and stone cold.

Any ideas how to get this thing to turn on, ideally with no loss of data, pics, videos, etc. ?

Hi Freddy,

You mentioned about BOLD but under your profile you wrote Curve 9300! Which model of device you're using? Also while using the device did your exhausted the battery, like battery drained and shuts the phone off. If so then you have to plug it in for longer period of time.

I received a Bold for X-Mas, and have updated my profile accordingly.

You were correct that the battery had drained very low (shame on me I normally charge every night).
