I found a solution for the self-resetting problem. Return the device and get a NON-BB device. I went through 3 BB, 2 were brand new, out of the box. Even if, as some posts suggest, it is the installation of 3rd party apps. It is still an unacceptable bug.
All Verizon techs wanted to do was make sure I updated the software....(sigh)
When the BB storm worked, it was phenomenal...I must admit.
