My BB curve 9220 keeps rebooting

Dear All,

 

I have purchase BB Curve 9220. Since purchase i have faced problem regarding automatic rebooting of Phone.

 

Pls any one help me to solve this problem.

As most people would say, do a upgrade on it(via desktop manager), or wipe the phone..

Also check the battery in another phone, make sure the battery works fine!

My old phone (blackberry 9300) does the same thing, I'm using it the now because my other one is being repaired.

If there is any solution that helps you, make sure to let me know!


-if you've not long got it, take it back and get it replaced!

Have you recently installed any application before this Problem started ? Try to remember carefully !

 

If you have then try to delete any application which you think might be responsible for this issue , from Options > Device > Application Management > locate and delete any newly installed 3rd party application , it might help in resolving your issue, Or try to boot your device on Safe Mode and please check if your device randomly reboots :
