My BB is having JVM error 525

pls i had error codes on my 9630 tour. then i resolved it by reloading another OS on it, afterwards it worked perfectly. The following day the blackberry just starting showing the JVM ERROR 525 with a white background. Now the phone anly shows the white screen and the JVM ERROR 525. Pls help me

Hello abiade and welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.

 

You will need to do a clean software reload of your device as shown in KB11320

 

Have you done a device back up recently? If so, you will want to do a selective restore of your essential data (such as Contacts, Calendar, Memos, Emails) as shown in KB23680

Thanks, but it seems ur not getting what am saying. The solution you gave is very correct, i cant connect the BB to my laptop.The phone doesnt boot to the homescreen, it shows "JVM ERROR 525. Whenever i try connecting to the laptop it reboots and shows ERROR 525. If it can connect to my laptop, i will  e able to reload a new OS but it doesn't connect to the system at all.

The Solution Is Flashing the Phone!!!!!!!!!

the solution is what i posted above. Go and flash the Ram memory. When this is done download a higher OS and install on the device.if  u use OS 5.0 and thats the highest for ur handheld device. Try and wipe the phone clean(showing a white interface) then reload the new OS.
