My BBM Setup is not completing setup

My bbm setup is not responding. I downloaded an upgrade and rebooted the phone. Still the bbm setup will not complete

What exactly happens when you attempt to launch BBM? We need more info than what you've posted in order to help you.

When BBM is launched, the error message says "Cannot setup BBM...A temporary BBM server error has occurred."
