My BBM wont start

hi 

i installed the new version of BBm on my blackberry curve 9320 and it keeps on saying setting up BBm but it never starts what do i do?

Hello.

 

Friend tries to connect to your blackberry using wifi ... also you must have data plan or blackberry plan for it to work without any problem on bbm.

 

Can you tell us what version of bbm you have installed

I have the same problem, please help. My service provider O2.ie can't fix it, told me to get in touch with blackberry.

Hi, I have same problem, my data plan and wifi is ok, contacted my service provider they couldn't help either so, they simply told me to get in touch with blackberry to fix it :-(

on curve 9320 (3G Bands 1,4,8

Only they can formally escalate your case up to BB if such is required. The sole method for you to reach BB without that formal method is if you pay...and that method is covered in the link I provided.
