My Blackberry 9500 keeps going in loading mode

       Am using Blackberry 9500 version 1643, platform,whenever i remove the

phone from my pocket even after locking the screen,it start loading. I get the black clock that loads until am forced to remove the battery. The problem occurs continuosly even when am holding the phone in my hand and I can't beat my way around it,am missing calls during this problem cz I can't pick any incomming calls during this so inconvinient error.

       I have tried to go through previous topics and have not seen any relating topics part from forums outside The BB

forums but no solution. I was usin the older version 0f 4.7 if have gotten it correct but I still had the same issue,I would

greatly appreciate any replys to this and a solution would really be helpful. My carrier is Safaricom(Kenya) partners with Vodafone..

I recommend that you attempt to boot into Safe Mode:

It may take you multiple attempts to get the ESC key sequence (press/release/hold) correct, so be patient. When successfully into Safe Mode, think carefully...what happened just before this behavior started? A new app? An update? A Theme? Something else? Think carefully as the smallest change could be causal...and attempt to undo whatever that was.


However, from your description, it is possible that there is something physically wrong (damaged, broken, etc.)...and, if so, there is no amount of internet-distance diagnostics nor recommendations that can be of help. Rather, if that is the case, only an in-hand evaluation by a qualified hardware technician can give you a proper diagnosis and estimate.
