My Carrier: t mobile

My Blackberry 9900 doesn't turn on but red light flashes.

I have tried fixing it on App Loader, however my device does not read up on my laptop. I have tried on over laptops it doesn't come/read up as well.

How shall i fix it?

You may need to reload your OS this way. Let me inform you that all your data may be removed.
