My Blackberry 9900 will not turn on

My blackberry 9900 will not turn on. It frooze first of all and was showing that thing when it freezes, i took out the battery and then tried to charge it and it has refused to come on. The LED light was not even showing.


Please anyone with useful info on how i can solve this problem should please help, i'm stranded without my phone.

Can you be a little more specific about "that thing when it freezes?"

Have you contacted T-Mobile about warranty service?
