Please be informed that on 15th March, 2012, I had purchased BlackBerry Bold handset (9790), the details of which are as follows :
IMEI : *
PIN : *
BT MAC : 68 ED 43 1A 49 AE
Yesterday, it started getting switched off & on automatically.
In the last month also, it had happened and I had sent it to the service centre located at Khar, Mumbai, namely at Radington India Ltd. That time I got my handset back after 10 days.
Today I am again submitting my handset to Radington India Ltd and would like your offices to provide me a fresh new handset of the same make as I do not want to take a chance with this handset anymore.
