I'd love some help solving this problem but first some background. I have a Bluetooth equipped vehicle and prior to upgrading from a Motorola Razor to a BB8310, the system worked just fine. Ever since I got my BB8310 while both pieces of hardware recognize each every time and without a problem, after about 90 seconds the connection between my 8310 and my vehicle is lost. If I them manually "connect" two two after the connection is lost, the two devices will stay connected until I leave my vehicle.
In order to determine whether I have a problem with the vehicle device or with my BB8310, I've tried using the Bluetooth device in my vehicle with other family member's BB's (a couple Pearls and one Curve) and they always seem to stay connected. This suggests to me that my vehicle device is working correctly. Also, I have ensured that I have the latest software loaded into my vehicle Bluetooth device.
I've checked my BB8310 to see if I've set something incorrectly and/or to see if there is some choice that I've made that may be causing this problem but I can't see anything. What's odd is that the Bluetooth connection holds when I manully connect the devices after the initial recognition and connection failure.
Does anyone have any ideas on where I go from here? I would appreciate any help that you may have to offer.

Is the BT device properties setting set trusted to yes?
Could try deleting the device from the 8310 and set it up again.
