My Bold keeps timing out

I switched my ATT Sim card from a Curve to an unlocked BB Bold.  Now the device times out and reboots fairly often.  Especially if I am in the middle of a phone call or doing a  browser search.  Advice?

You already call ATT customer service and change the imei number and pin number? If not, do it.
