With the battery IN the device, and plugged into the charger, does the LED glow steady or does it go on and off?

It's not steedy, it's going on and off, but here is no change on te screen and device

That usually means the battery is charging. Leave it plugged in for about 4 hours.

After 4 hours press the power button for about two seconds and see if the device will turn on.

Then the device has some kind of hardware failure. Not sure there's anything we can do here.

I think that part witch is pluged battery to the phone has destroyed, and it's hardware problem, thanks for your opinions.
