THank you but, i think the new one hasn't any problem , bcz i just used it and unpacked it this morning, and it's original one

Let's make sure that battery is good before we go any further. See if you can try it another, known working, device.

Is there any solution to reset the phone to the factory mode just with pressing some keys?

But without battery it doesn't show the battery icon, i think it would be a devic problem, Smiley Sad

When you put the battery in does it show a battery icon?

No , just when it s pluged in the LED glows, and the screen is always off and has not any change
