Thanks so much, I know it can update via computer by downloading the autoloader file but I prefer to update by software update in settings icon of the device.

I would like to know the reason why my device show message "latest software" when I press update software button. Previously, I could update to 10.0.9.1975 but it had some problem then I reset to swipe the device again.

Sometimes it just doesn't recognise the update, the same way my Curve may say "Your BlackBerry device software is up to date" even though it isn't.
