My Storm was replaced under warranty by Verizon. When first logging into App World on new device, says all device PIN changes have been used. Have already tried submitting issue using 'AppWorld Billing/Payment', getting 'Please provide a valid Blackberry Smartphone PIN'. Could someone please assist me with getting my PIN changed/reset in AppWorld? Thank you.
