My Device: Bold 9790
My Carrier: Sasktel

My bb 9790 is non responsive..

I put my phone on charger last night and this morning it was shut off and won't start up.  Battery has been pulled, i have tried hooking up to BB desktop for a reboot, but there is no connection being made.  Any suggestions.

I would suggest following the steps in this KB article to get the BlackBerry Bold 9790 smartphone back to life: www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB10144


If the BlackBerry smartphone is still non-responsive then I suggest contacting your network service provider for repair options.
