My bb bold 9930 phone's Host Routing Table is empty

My bb bold 9930 Host Routing Table is empty and when I try to register it i get a message that my registration message has been sent, but I get no acknowledgment from RIM/BB.

 

i called my service provider they tld their side bb service is alreadly showing activate.. they tld check your device...

 

i'm new to blackberry.....

Unfortunately, all I have are questions...

 

  1. Has this device previously worked fine on this specific carrier? If so, then the issue is theirs to resolve.
  2. If not, then has this device previously worked fine on any other carrier? If so, have you ensured that carrier is fully released this BB PIN from their system?
  3. Has this device been properly unlocked for use on any carrier?
  4. Are voice level services (calls, voice mail, SMS) working fine on this carrier?

OK...those should be enough to get things moving...

i'm having the same issues and have called the service provider but they cant see anything wrong with phone is there anything i can do
