My bbm service isnt activating..

Iv subscribed to bbm a couple of hours ago (6:45pm GMT+4) till now iv not recieved any activation message.. My last Blackberry was 9860 torch, it usually takes 1hr or 30mins or even a couple of sec.. Did i do something wrong?

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

Your mobile service provider is responsible for delivery to you of all the services for which you pay them. You'll need to ring them up to find out the status of your activation, as it will come from their system.

Just call SHARAFDG @ 800 344 357 [TOLL FREE] tell them the issue and it should be fixed immideately.
