My blackberry touch 9800 freezes

Hello everyone IM Emmanuel from Ghana and I have a blackberry touch 9800, and  a week ago it started freezing and then it restarts but then it freezes when it gets to the mobile provider logo(ORANGE) and when I mange to get it on, it freezes again when I turn  on my mobile network or wifi . I have tried almost everything to get it to work,I have changed the OS,reset etc. Just help me out please because I don't really know what to do  now.

freezing blackberry

hi guys, 

is there anyome can help?

my blackberry is sudenly freezing. usually if i restart it will be normal but not this time.

its just freeze.

 

i try to wipe it, but it also wont connect to my laptop, it wont charge, it just freeze. Smiley Sad((

its monza 9860.

what should i do.

after hard reset my blackberry, also keep freeze too long until day to night ..i continue again to other day, and also did same thing..keep freeze.. Smiley Sad

Please explain exactly what you mean by the highlighted words. There are may different possible interpretations...so please provide the exact command, steps, etc. that you took to accomplish a "hard reset".
