My blackberry torch keeps jamming to which it will display a clock in the middle of the screen rendering it in operable for ages, has any one experianced this and what is the fix - aprt from throwing it out the window?

is it still under warranty? This is a hardware problem. Neds to be sent back to RIM or exchanged at the vendors store?
