I have a blackberry 8310 and I can not get it to work with my computer. It was my girlfriend’s daughter’s phone and she gave it to me for business prepuces. Of Corse the box and software is missing and is no where in sight.I thought I could download what I needed of the blackberry web site, this is not the case? Also the USB cable, the cable plugs into the USB port and the phone, is this ok or do I need a cable just for this phone? AT&T support is a joke and I thought I could fix the problem my self and now know I’ve hit the wall as to what proper software and protocols I need to meet. Thank you for your help.

If you dont have the usb cable you must buy one, use the same like Motorola Phones.
