My bold 9930 froze for a moment

Today my bold 9930 was in standby mode. I saw the led wasn't blinking but remaining green. The time has stoped 10 min ago. The keypad doesn't respone and the screen was dark. I removed the battery pack and after the BB bold restart, everything was ok. What happens with my BB? Is there any explanation?

Actually nothing is wrong. Like all computing devices, BBs suffer from memory leaks and such...and a reboot, as you did, is exactly the way to cure it...at least until the next time it happens. Some people do a regular reboot as a preventive measure.
