Was charging in the wall and checking texts and the screen went white and then off. Phone won't charge or turn on. It's never been wet or abused and worked perfectly up to that point. I was able to find the Warranty PDF on the website, but it doesn't seem to include actual steps to take to move forward and get a new phone. Can somebody please help?

If the phone is under warranty than, take it back where you purchased it. They will either replace the unit, or repair it.
Make sure to have the sales slip on hand as well.
