Ok. I'm almost ready to throw my bold 9900 away. It died on me once 6 months ago. BB gave me a new phone cos they could not fix it and recently I had errors popping up on my screen which made the phone unusable. Yesterday I just got it fixed from the service centre. I set up 2 of my emails, yahoo and gmail as usual. However every few hours, my icons for these. 2 emails keeps disappearing and even the email configurations are gone. So, I set them up and again they disappear! Pleaseeee help me which this problem that I'm facing, I can't wait for my 2 years contract to be over.
What you describe sounds quite strange indeed...but it also sounds more like a service-level problem than a device-level issue. I'd recommend you contact your mobile service provider for formal support and potential formal escalation up to BlackBerry for enhanced support. What you describe is very unusual, and I suspect it will require access to "back end" systems and such, which only your carrier and BlackBerry have access to.
