My keyboard isn't working

Dear all

 I have a Bold 9900(with vodafone ), this morning my keyboard stopped working but  I can receive emails and  bbmessages, text messages . I tried to take of my battery  and put it back on 3 times but the  keyboard is still not working . Can someone tell me what i need to do  please.
