My new service plan doesn't support my e-mail accounts,Help!

Hi everyone, I've received an e-mail from blackberry informing me that my new service plan will only support a blackberry.net account and any other email addresses will be removed!

Can anyone tell me why and what to do to restore my e-mails accounts please??

 

I really will appreciate your help.

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

Very strange...and does not even sound valid, for I've never before heard of such a restriction. In any event, it's your mobile service provider (vodafone, according to your profile here) who controls your services, data plan, and all of that...contact them.
