My phone isn't vibrating!

My BB Curve 9360 is set to "Vibrate Only" but for some reason isn't vibrating at all. I've set it to vibrate for text messages and calls, but it just won't work. Help please!

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.

 

Thanks for the question.

 

Try clearing your Sound Profiles database using the BlackBerry® Desktop Software as shown here in this KB article: www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB10167

 

Then test the sound profile to make sure it does vibrate.

Hi, Before I did the above my phone didn't vibrate at all, now it vibrates but when I try change it and press 'try it' it doesn't work... What do I do?
