My screen has gone white

For no reason, my screen has gone white and I can't do anything with it. I did not drop it in water and there seems to be no reason for this. Can anyone suggest what's wrong?

That happened to me on my 9700...you need a new screen...check ebay

Replacing a screen is no easy task and voids your warranty. If the device is less than a year old I would contact TMobile to get a warranty replacement.

I have done my bold 9700 twice now....quite easy really
