NAMCO BANDAI support for Torch 9860

Hello,

 

I was wondering what the best way is to get NAMCO BANDAI to support Torch 9860. I've emailed them on the email listed on their Vendor page, but I have not received a response.

Well, it's the developers choice as to what to support. Indeed, apps must be ported to all combinations of model number / major OS level...that's a lot of porting, and many developers choose to not do so, settling on some subset thereof. But, again, it's there choice...so pressuring them (the developer) is the best way. You might search (e.g., Google) to find out if they have other means of being contacted that that which they publish in AppWorld.
