NEED HELP ASAP !!!! ANY ADVICE WOULD BE HELPFUL .....!!

I have a bb torch which i am selling to someone in a few days, but i want to run a security wipe in it before i give it to him. But my problem is my keypad dosen't work so is there any other way i could run the securiity wipe in it??? I need to know asaaappp...

Hello shemyer,

 

If the keyboards on your BlackBerry® Torch™ 9800 smartphone are currently not functioning, you could use the reset to factory process in BlackBerry® Desktop Software to wipe your device. The following article should help regarding this process:
