NO BIS aster switchnig provider



I bought a 9700 in Italy, from Wind and everything was fine.

One month ago, I move to the Netherlands, and pciked T-mobile and their blackberry specific plan.


Now, nothing relying on BIS is working. My Host Routing Table is empty. I tried to register the device through PIN and IMEI on the T-mobile page for Blackberry services but I didn't succeed, I only get the message that my device is not connected to the network.


I went also several times to T-mobile, but they didn't n manage to resolve the problem (they also changed the simcard). I also called Wind in Italy, to ask if the device is blocked somehow, but they told me that the device is not blocked at all.


Any clue?
